Guidelines for abstract submission

Abstracts for poster and talks should be written in English and submitted by March 3rd 2026.

Abstracts will be reviewed and any abstract that was submitted for consideration as an oral communication, but was unsuccessful in that regard, will be considered for a poster presentation. Six short communications will be upgraded to Long communications by the scientific committee. For the oral communications, the authors will be notified by April 3rd 2026.

General information for Oral Contributions

Plenary lectures (PL) are intended to last for 40 minutes (35 min talk + 5 min Q&A).

Long communications (LC) are intended to last for 25 minutes (20 min talk + 5 min Q&A).

Short Communications (SC) are intended to last for 15 minutes (12 min talk + 3 min Q&A).

Flash Communications (Flash) are intended to last for 3 minutes (3 min talk).

Speakers

All presentations will be in English. Please transfer your presentation file (pdf format) to conference PC (Windows) on podium before new session starts thanks to a USB driver.

Poster presentation

Please place your poster (Size: A0 (portrait mode only)) according to the number provided in the program during the morning coffee break (10:05-10:35). A grid and clamps will be made available to you to install your poster.
