Registration:

Please fill in the form on Registration page. It is a two steps procedure: A pre-registration that will be validated by the organizers and then the confirmation of the registration will come along with the payments. Once the payment recevied your registration is validated.

Note that payment will be only possible through online purchase or purchase order ("bon de commande"). No cash will be accepted.

  • For online payment, no receipt will be emitted, only a payment certificate will be sent
  • For the purchase order, please find all information to add Nantes University as supplier here

Information about accompanying person, diet or allergies will also be requested on the form.

Registration fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions and sponsors exhibitions,
  • Coffee/tea break,
  • Monday July 6th evening welcome drink,
  • 2 Afterwork sessions (poster sessions),
  • Friday lunch box.

Early bird registration: 200 € for master and PhD students and 400 € for Pdocs, Ass. Profs, Profs, Researchers, engineers.

Late bird registration: 250 € for master and PhD students and 450 € for Pdocs, Ass. Profs, Profs, Researchers, engineers.

Optionnal fees:

Banquet on Thursday evening: 40 €/pers

Social Activities on Thursday afternoon (more info here): 

  • 1. A. Free time or Self-guided tour: Walk the green line [0€/pers]
  • 1 bis. Green line tour to the Little Atlantic Brewery (group ≤20 people) [0€/pers]
  • 2. Guided tour in the vineyards [30 €/pers]
  • 3. Pass Nantes [18€ student and 29€ for non-student]

Abstract submission:

All submitted abstracts should be written in English as well as your presentation (slides and poster). Here are the format suggested to present your work:

  • Short communcation (15 minutes including Q&A)*
  • Long communcation (25 minutes including Q&A)
  • Poster (standard A0 size and portrait format)**
  • Invited speaker communication (only for Invited speakers - 40 minutes including Q&A)

 *Among the abstracts submitted for a short communication, six additionnal speakers will be upgraded to present a Long communication.

**Among poster submission, 12 authors will be selected to present a flash communication (3 min with one slide).

The type of presentation (oral communication/poster) should be selected; please use this abstract template and send it in RTF format to the plateform. 

Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee and any abstract that was submitted for consideration as an oral communication, but was unsuccessful in that regard, will be considered for a poster presentation.

For the Short, Long and Flash communications and Poster presentation, the authors will be notified by April 3rd 2026.
